Eco Euro Doors the largest Romanian manufacturer of doors for residential use, with 27 years of experience on the market and over 320,000 units produced in 2021 will thus join two other companies in the ROCA Industry portfolio – BICO Industries and Sarcom.
“We are delighted to have successfully coordinated and closed yet another significant transaction in the building materials sector in Romania. After having been involved over the last two years in landmark transactions in the sector such as the acquisition of Adeplast by Sika or the acquisition of Duraziv by Saint-Gobain, we have managed to complete yet another important transaction in which we have assisted a local entrepreneur to realize its development plans. We are grateful for the trust that Eco Euro Doors shareholders have placed in us to represent them in this process and to the entire team involved for their support over the past months.”
Bogdan Iliescu, Managing Partner, BICF Corporate Finance
“With the help of the BICF team, we have today entered a new phase of development and we are happy to join ROCA Industry. The last few months have been very intense for our team, but the work has been accompanied by success and we would like to thank our colleagues at BICF for their professionalism and commitment, without which we would not have succeeded in this transaction.”
